Frequently Asked
What does a stylist do?
A stylist is a professional who curates looks for another person or brand. A personal stylist and shopper helps clients achieve their image goals, re-work their current wardrobe, or shop for updated key items! They put together outfits, suggest items for their clients to purchase, and provide advice. Personal stylists consider their clients’ unique needs and then create style plans that meet those needs.
Do I need a closet edit and a curated shopping trip?
Are you a busy mom and have no idea what to wear? Do you go to an office and still wear clothes from years ago? Do you have a closet full of clothes, but have no idea how to put it all together? Then you could use a personal stylist. They can simply shop for you. Take you shopping. Better yet, they can come to you, organize and edit your current closet, and then take you shopping for the missing key items you need to complete your wardrobe.
Can I customize any package?
Absolutely! I am here for you! Everything is customizable and can be tweaked for any circumstance.
Do I have to do a closet edit?
A closet edit is a key component of our process. It is important that your stylist gets to know you, your existing wardrobe, and how things fit you. A more abbreviated closet review service is available for clients who want to ‘start from scratch’ and build an entirely new wardrobe.
What items will be part of the closet edit?
We prioritize apparel, shoes, and accessories. We are happy to review other categories, such as undergarments or loungewear, at your request.
What should I do with the items I no longer want? What can I consign?
During your closet edit, let your stylist know if you want help deciding what should be donated or consigned. We can make suggestions regarding the most appropriate method/store for your items and help facilitate.
What is the time commitment?
For a curated closet edit, plan for a minimum of 2 hours. If you have a lot of items and need to create outfits from what you already have, add another hour. For most shopping trips, 2 hour minimum is best, as well.
